Chris Mehringer, President

Mr. Mehringer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of BioHaven´s operations and growth. Prior to BioHaven, Mr. Mehringer served as President of a US-based health care distribution company serving Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance patients. Mr. Mehringer was instrumental in developing and implementing the company's growth strategy, increasing revenue in excess of $100 million and securing key contracts with Johnson & Johnson, Abbott Laboratories, and Bayer HealthCare. Formerly, Mr. Mehringer was Founder and Chief Executive Officer of NT Media Corp., a publicly-traded online entertainment and distribution company. Mr. Mehringer holds a B.A. from Wesleyan University and an Master of Public Policy from Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government.

Mark Osterlund, PhD, Chief Science Officer

Dr.Osterlund heads all science and technology related initiatives at BioHaven. He is one of the world´s preeminent experts on floating wetlands and has extensive experience in government, university, and private industry settings. Prior to BioHaven, Dr. Osterlund was the Chief Operating Officer of Floating Islands International, a US-based developer of floating island technologies. Formerly, Dr. Osterlund served as a forensic scientist in the Forensic and Counterterrorism Unit of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Dr. Osterlund has conducted award-winning research for prominent federal agencies, including, among others, the United States Department of Agriculture, the National Science Foundation, the National Institutes of Health, and the Department of Energy. Dr. Osterlund holds a B.S. from Clemson University and a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from Yale University. Dr. Osterlund continues to publish extensively and serves on the faculty at Rocky Mountain College.

Xin He, VP, Business Development

Mr. He has extensive relationships within the central and local government administrations as well as within established business networks. Prior to BioHaven, Mr. He was an executive in the Foreign Exchange Department of MasterCard International. Mr. He holds a B.A. in International Finance from Northeast University of Finance and Economics in Dalian, China, and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas.

Burr O´Connor, Principal

Prior to BioHaven, Mr. O´Connor served as an independent business development consultant based in Beijing, China. Formerly, Mr. O´Connor was the Director of International Marketing at NEU-Alpine, one of China´s largest software integration firms. Mr. O´Connor holds a B.S. from Kenyon College and two Masters Degrees from the University of Virginia, one in East Asian Studies and another in Management of Information Technology.

Dana O´Connor, General Counsel

Mr. O´Connor oversees the Company´s business and legal affairs, including structuring and negotiating, among others, financings, strategic partnerships, and technology license agreements. Formerly, Mr. O'Connor was Founder and President of NT Media Corp., a publicly-traded online entertainment and distribution company. In this capacity, Mr. O'Connor oversaw transactions at the corporate and business unit levels, including financings, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. Mr. O'Connor holds a B.A. from Boston University and a J.D. from Loyola Law School. Mr. O'Connor previously served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable R. Gary Klauser, U.S. District Judge.
